EATING HEALTHY FOOD AND EXERCISING REGULAR  DURING THIS PANDEMIC 


During this lockdown we are encouraged to eat healthy food.some people eat alot since they have a lot of time on their hands as we are not going to schools, work etc.

Well known individuals hsve been showing us what they have been cooking for themselves and their families in order to stay healthy in this hard time.we always think they eat fancy and a lotbof junk food because they can afford it however we never thought that they also eat healthy to maintain their bodies.

●People have been using this time to exercise from their homes because of this covid-19.not being able to go to gym doesn't mean you can't workout and maintain your body and health .
Eating healthy and exercising regular can keep you healthy and protect your body from being attacked by other diseases.
