They aee discussing everything including sex,relationships,religion,parenting and handling conflicts in relationship.everyone is welcome to ask them any questions and they will be happy to answer them.

She is talking about her personal experience when he suffered depression,Bipolar and Anxiety.Her channel is very useful beacause she is talking about things she goes through and we can learn something from that.not everyone talk about what they have gone through,some people are afraid of being judged.
